DJ Mu-R (GAGLE / Jazzy Sport / Proceed Music Store)
DJ for GAGLE, a hip-hop group representing Sendai.
At the end of 1995, he bought a turntable and a mixer and began DJing.
With a focus on hip hop, they play a wide range of genres including roots music such as jazz, soul, and disco, as well as house, techno, and bass music.
His unique and refined playing style creates a unique worldview that has captivated not only hip-hop fans, but many discerning listeners as well.
He is the organizer of the DJ party "Sound Maneuvers," which has been held in his hometown of Sendai since 2005.
Based in Sendai and Tohoku, he plays all over Japan. In November 2018, he opened "Proceed Music Store" in Sendai, where he is the owner.
