"After the release party for MANWHO's fourth full-length video "Manpujin" at Uwasa (May 5th), Masaru and I moved from Fukushima City, where Uwasa is located, to DJ BAR Hisui in Aizuwakamatsu City, where I'm from, and recorded this mix. We brought it back to the studio in Fukushima, listened to it repeatedly, and decided on the title "NISHIBI (Western Sun)." This is because the beautiful western sun that was shining in front of Uwasa that day matched the image of the mix perfectly. When it came time to design the jacket, I remembered the image of Masaru wearing sunglasses at the time, and came up with the idea of putting sunglasses on the character for west, and the image of this jacket was completed." ZAKROVOK: A duo consisting of Masaru Mitarai, who runs the record shop RA'S DEN RECORDS in Oita City and is also active as a DJ, remixer and beatmaker, and Tsutom Suzuki, also known as Ven, who lives in Sendai and designs for MANWHO. Both are influenced by skateboarding and hip-hop culture, and live and create in the far-flung places of Tohoku and Kyushu.
